Born and raised on the central coast of California, where he was an avid surfer, skateboarder and soccer player, Chef Isaac spent his youth exploring the culinary wonderland around him. From Santa Maria style BBQ to Asian Mandarin, Szechaun, Baja and all other styles of Mexican, to Sushi and Thai. He began cooking for his family at just seven years old and launched his culinary career when he moved to Steamboat Springs in 1994. Chef Isaac's years of culinary experience include The Old West Steakhouse, Catamount Ranch and Club and served as Head Chef at "The Ore House At The Pine Grove" for over a decade. Chef Isaac now enjoys providing customized private dinners and cocktail parties, in the comfort of your Steamboat Springs home or vacation rental.
